Accelerating sustainable and equitable rural economic growth
The Jamaica Rural Enterprise Agriculture and Community Tourism (REACT) is a four-year project designed to accelerate sustainable and equitable rural economic growth, i.e., stimulating economic opportunity in rural areas that is based on management of biodiversity and other natural resources, commercialization of rural enterprises, reinvestment in community infrastructure and support services, and institutionalized through government policy and extension services, alignment of education organization, and stimulating private investment in rural capacity building. PA Government Services Inc. (PA) is the prime contractor. FINTRAC is the principal subcontractor.
